We are excited to welcome you to the 2023 season of ORSCA. On behalf of the Executive Board, we extend a warm welcome to the Dynamic Boys and Challengers, and a heartfelt thank you to all returning teams for your continued support.
In preparation for the season, we would like to provide some important information to ensure a smooth and successful start:

• The 2023 Season will commence on May 14th.
• The deadline for submitting Pictures and E-Waiver is May 31st.
• The cut-off for player transfer and new player registration is June 7th.
• New players are required to sign the e-waiver. Players who have already signed in a previous season do not need to sign again. https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/w/60c8cf28c6143/web/
• The new white ball will be used for the first three regular season games only. One ball per game unless damaged or lost. All other games, including the Knockout competition, will use the yellow ball.
• Each team can register up to 20 male players between 18-65 years old, an unlimited number of females, under-18 players, and males over 65 years.
• There are four different competitions: Regular Season, ADANA Homes T10, Imran Ali F15 and KP Employment TEST. The TEST format will be two innings of 12-overs each. There are some changes in this format that will be communicated in the rules and on the website.
• Uniforms are required for playoff games.
• If a player participates in a game after May 31st and does not have a picture or signed waiver, the offending team will incur a monetary penalty.
• The power play rule will remain the same as per the current rules.
